Refund and Cancellation Policy 

Terms and Conditions:

Refund Policy- 


A deposit of $50-100 is due at the time of booking services of Wolfe's Photography (the amount is determined by the price of the client's chosen package).  Deposits are nonrefundable.   

Bridal/engagement sessions -  Session which do not start on time due to failure to show or late arrival will result in time cut from your session without a price reduction.

If your wedding services are rescheduled due to a change in the wedding date, we will accommodate the change, provided that the new date and time do not conflict with our schedule. If we are unable to provide coverage at the new date and time, a refund will not be given.  Any payments aside the deposit is available for refund up to 30 days prior to the event. If you book less than 30 days prior to the event, a deposit is required but not refundable.

A refund will not be given for any of the following reasons:

* A couple that dissolves a relationship or cancels the wedding and does not reschedule. (A rescheduled date can not conflict with the schedule of Wolfe's Photography)

* A change in photographers via the client.

* Inclement weather - See cancellation notice under all sessions for detail on weather


All Sessions-

The photographer -Wolfe's Photography and any third party service provider holds all rights to cancellation due to events that are out of our control. Wolfe's Photography and any of its third party service providers will not be liable or otherwise responsible for any failure or delay in providing its services under this agreement due to any events beyond the reasonable control of Wolfe's Photography including, but not limited to, acts of God or elements of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other casualty), war, civil commotion, labor disputes, strikes, governmental regulation or restriction, and weather conditions. Wolfe's Photography and any third party service provider retain full rights to cancel without refund of deposit in the case of severe weather conditions and retain full rights to choose what we deem as safe and unsafe traveling conditions for our service providers.

General Sessions-

No shows-  Will not be rescheduled without valid reason for not showing. 

Cancellations of 2 times for the same shoot will not be rescheduled and booking of Wolfe's Photography for any session will not be available for up to 6 months.


Wolfe's Photography strives to provide the best quality service at reasonable prices.  However, Wolfe's photography or any third party service provider is not liable due to damage or lost photos from your session.  Wolfe's Photography keeps all pictures up to 1 year after your session/event.  In the case of lost or damaged photos within that year, Wolfe's Photography is not liable for the loss.

All pictures remain the property of Wolfe's Photography and can be used for promotions, display, social media, web page or other form of advertising.

All payments are due in full by date of services rendered unless other arrangements are made prior.  

Wolfe's Photography and/or your assigned photographer and filmmaker own the images produced in conjunction with this contract, including all copyrights in such images. Wolfe's Photography grants you the right to use these images for your personal use only. You do not have the right to use these images for profit or in any commercial, advertising, or third party publication (with the exception of printed engagement and wedding announcements).

Editing and any other modifications other than enlargements is prohibited by anyone other than Wolfe's Photography.  A copyright release can be revoked due to any changes made to photos by anyone other than Wolfe's Photography.  

By submitting a deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated within this contract.  A deposit is the act showing that you have read and agreed to the terms stated above concerning the shoot you have scheduled.
